Three-Month 1:1 Weight Loss Coaching Package
Limited-Time Introductory Offer: £460 (save £100)
What’s Included:
Pre-Session Preparation: Before our first session, you’ll complete a detailed medical, nutrition, and lifestyle questionnaire, along with a food and lifestyle diary.
Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Over three months, we’ll meet for six personalised coaching sessions, either in person (Southgate, N14, London) or online, whichever works best for you.
Sessions 1 & 2 (2 hours each): Deep Dive
During these sessions, we will:
• Dive deeper into your story, using your questionnaire responses to gain a complete understanding of your health history, current lifestyle habits, and what has (or hasn’t) worked for you in the past.
• Clarify your goals and uncover the motivations that will keep you going when things feel challenging.
• Explore key topics around nutrition, metabolism, and behaviour change - all tailored to you and your needs.
• Review your food and lifestyle diary to identify helpful patterns, triggers, and opportunities for positive, sustainable change.
From there, we’ll co-create a realistic, flexible, and effective weight loss plan - one that aligns with your goals, supports your health, and fits into your life.
Sessions 3 to 6 (60 minutes each): Progress & Accountability
During these sessions, we will track your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, celebrate your wins, and fine-tune your plan to keep you moving forward.
Ongoing Support: Between sessions, you’ll have unlimited support via WhatsApp or email, plus regular check-ins to help you stay consistent and motivated.
A one year subscription to the Nutracheck App is also included: This can be used in a variety of ways depending on your individual plan and goals.
Additional Personalised Resources: You’ll also receive tailored detailed session notes and additional resources to support your weight loss journey and help you build long-term, healthy habits.
This introductory offer is available until 31st December 2025 or until all spaces are filled (whichever comes first). After this date, the standard price of £560 will apply. You can start your programme anytime within six months of purchase.
Three Month Follow-On Package: £195
Perfect for clients who want additional support to maintain momentum and accountability, after completing the initial 3 month programme.
