Three Month 1:1 Coaching Package

What's Included:
Pre-Session Preparation
Before our first meeting, you'll complete a detailed medical, nutrition, and lifestyle questionnaire. You'll also complete a food and lifestyle diary.
Four One-to-One Coaching Sessions
Our coaching sessions are spread over three months and can be held either in person in Southgate, N14, London, or online, whichever is more convenient for you.
Session 1 (2 hours): This is where we do a deep dive! We'll review your questionnaire together, discussing in more detail your health history, current lifestyle, what's most important to you and your goals. We'll then cover a couple of key educational topics that are specifically tailored to your goals.
Session 2 (2 hours): In this session, we'll go through your food diary together. Based on everything we've discussed so far, we'll co-create a personalised and practical nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your life.
Sessions 3 & 4 (1 hour each): These follow-up sessions are designed to keep you on track. We'll review your progress, address any challenges or setbacks, celebrate your wins, and adjust your plan as needed.
Ongoing Support
You'll receive ongoing support between sessions, including weekly email check-ins and unlimited messaging support via WhatsApp or email.
Additional Resources
You'll also get access to additional resources and tools to support you on your journey.
Three Month Follow-On Package: £300
Ideal for those who would like ongoing support and accountability following the first three months.
What's Included:
Three 60 minute one-to-one coaching sessions
Unlimited support between sessions (as included in the starter package)
